We do everything from quote multiple carriers to retrieve all census and business information so that your clients do as little as possible and feel like they have received white glove treatment!

We are also here to serve as the administrators, as many clients prefer, so we do the on-boarding, enrollment, and any changes to staff or Health Plans. Employers and their HR Departments Love Us!

We are here to do the work so they do not have to. Any issues with coverage and we are here to make it right. Best of all, you and your agency look great and your relationship with them becomes even more embedded.

Health Professional

The Process

We want to make sure that your clients and their employees are getting the best value and a Health Plan that suits the company's needs and the needs of their employees. For this reason, we start with a review of their current benefit summaries so we can get an idea of what the client is happy with and possible changes that they may be looking for.

We then provide quotes from every carrier available, showing not only a number of different plans but different strategies as well. We walk the client through the different plans and costs. Our services include on-boarding, enrollment, plan administration, and generally being the go-to people for any issues that the employee runs into.

Group Vision

There are several different group vision plans from which to choose and depending on the one selected, you get different levels of coverage. The most expensive for you and your employees is known as a “premier” plan, and provides the most generous coverage, including discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses.

For a lower premium, there are still excellent plans that include good coverage for basic exams and services.

As with group health insurance, some group vision plans work with a preferred provider network, meaning there are incentives to use doctors listed within the plan. Increasingly, there are insurers who are developing partnerships with the most popular commercial eye care centers.
